Industrial Photographer Madrid: Certified for High-Stakes Operations

From -40°C blast freezers to GMP clean rooms, we document operations where standard photographers can’t enter. PRL certified. Weather-sealed equipment. Full PPE on every shoot.
Madrid-based operational documentation specialist serving industrial facilities across Spain and Europe. We bring the safety certifications, extreme-condition camera systems, and sector experience your facility demands.
Factories, Plants and Facilities
Most photographers show up with a consumer camera and hope for the best. We show up with PRL certification, weather-resistant camera bodies built for harsh environments, our own full PPE kit, and an understanding of why your production line can’t stop for a photo shoot.
TKM Photo specialises in visual documentation for regulated, hazardous, and operationally sensitive environments. That means pharmaceutical plants running GMP protocols, food production facilities operating across a 110°C temperature range, logistics warehouses processing thousands of units per shift, and data centres where a single misplaced step costs millions.
If your facility requires a safety induction before entry, we’re the photographer you need.
What Industries Do We Photograph in Madrid?
Industrial documentation demands more than technical photography skills. It requires safety compliance, purpose-built equipment, environmental resilience, and the operational awareness to work inside active facilities without causing disruption.
Extreme Temperature Operations (-40°C to +70°C)
We’ve documented food production facilities across a 110°C temperature range in a single project, from blast freezer shock rooms at -40°C to pasteurisation areas exceeding +70°C. Our equipment protocols include gradual acclimatisation procedures and protective housing to prevent condensation damage and equipment failure. This isn’t theoretical capability; it’s proven experience.
Weather-Sealed & Industrial-Grade Equipment
Our camera systems are weather-sealed and rated for dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures, rated to the same standard used for expedition work. Combined with protective housings and redundant backup bodies, we don’t cancel shoots because conditions are difficult. That’s the entire point.
PRL Certification & Full PPE Readiness
We hold Spain’s PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) 60 hour training, suitable for the access requirements commonly requested on restricted industrial zones, construction sites, and controlled environments. We arrive with our own industrial-grade safety equipment: steel-toe boots, high-vis vests, helmets, safety goggles, hearing protection, and harnesses. Your HSE team doesn’t need to source anything for us.
Clean Room & GMP Compliance
Pharmaceutical and food-grade environments require photographers who understand contamination protocols, not just composition. We work in full protective suits, sanitise all equipment before entering production areas, and operate within limited time windows to avoid disrupting active lines. GMP awareness is built into how we plan and execute every clean room shoot.
AESA Registered Drone Operations
Our drone operations capabilities include EASA-compliant operations for capturing facility scale, logistics flow, site progress, and roof-level inspections. All flight permits and authority coordination handled on our behalf, no additional admin for your team.
Fully Insured for Sensitive Environments
Every project is backed by €300,000 professional liability insurance. For facility managers, HSE directors, and procurement teams, this eliminates the risk of engaging an uninsured contractor in sensitive operational environments. Certificate of insurance available on request.

Madrid-Based Industrial Photography for Spain & Europe
Our studio in Madrid’s Chamberí district provides rapid deployment to the region’s major industrial zones, and our operational model scales for projects anywhere in Spain or across the EU.
Madrid & Central Spain Coverage:
- Northern Corridor (A-1): Pharmaceutical and tech hubs in Alcobendas and San Sebastián de los Reyes
- Eastern Corridor (A-2): Logistics centres in Coslada, San Fernando de Henares, and Torrejón de Ardoz
- Southern Zone: Manufacturing and engineering in Villaverde, Getafe, and Pinto
- Guadalajara Corridor: Europe’s largest logistics concentration along the A-2 and R-2
- Toledo Industrial Belt: Food production, manufacturing, and automotive
Beyond Madrid: We regularly deploy for multi-day projects across Spain and Europe. Travel logistics, equipment transport, and local coordination are handled entirely by our team. For international operations requiring fluent English communication with headquarters while executing on-site in Spain, we bridge the gap that local agencies can’t.

Why International Companies Choose Us
- ✓ Extreme Conditions Proven (-40°C to +70°C)
- ✓ Weather-Sealed Industrial-Grade Equipment
- ✓ Clean Room & GMP Protocol Experience
- ✓ PRL Certified (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales)
- ✓ AESA Registered Drone Operator
- ✓ €300,000 Professional Liability Insurance
- ✓ Fluent English Communication
Much of our work is delivered against an external written standard and inspected before it is accepted, from brand guideline compliance on international retail rollouts to documentation used in lender and ESG reporting. Shooting to a specification somebody else signs off is the same discipline a regulated facility needs, and it is why our files hold up when they are checked rather than admired.
Typical deliverables
Documentation of live production, plant, infrastructure and heavy engineering, produced without stopping the line. See the metro construction, Bomonti beer factory and extreme temperature case studies.

- Crew
- Standard crew is one photographer. A second photographer, a drone pilot or a lighting assistant are added by scope and quoted per line, so you can see what each one costs and decide whether the shoot needs it.
- Booking and rescheduling
- A non refundable booking fee reserves the date and is credited against the final invoice. Rescheduling is free more than 72 hours before the shoot. Weather is never charged: if conditions make the work impossible we move the date at no cost. If we cancel, the booking fee is refunded in full.
- Licensing
- Retail and brand work includes a broad commercial licence in the fee, because those images are made to be published. Industrial and architectural work is quoted with a licence line of its own, since the same photograph can serve an internal report or a global campaign and those are not the same thing. The parameters that set it are the territory, the duration, the media, and whether third parties such as suppliers or architects may use the files.
- Insurance and site access
- We carry 300,000 EUR of civil liability cover and work with our own PPE. Site inductions, safety briefings and access paperwork are handled before the shoot day rather than at the gate.
- Delivery and retouching
- Final delivery runs 5 to 10 days after the shoot, in web and print resolutions. Standard colour and perspective correction is included. Object removal, compositing and other advanced retouching is quoted separately, per image.
- Confidentiality
- We sign your NDA. Where a project is confidential, nothing from it appears in a portfolio, a case study or a social post, and that holds after the work is delivered and paid.
