Hospital and Clinic Photographer in Madrid

Hospitals are photographed while they work. Patients arrive, operating rooms run to a schedule and imaging rooms rarely stand empty for long. We photograph private hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres in Madrid and across Spain for hospital groups, healthcare architects, interior designers and medical equipment suppliers who need images that show the building, the care spaces and the technology accurately.

MRI room with backlit ceiling panel in a private hospital

The hospital work on this page was photographed for private hospital groups before the studio moved to Madrid. It covers several hospitals and a full range of spaces, from the façade to the embryology lab. You can see it in our private hospital projects.

What we photograph

  • Façades, entrances and aerial views of the campus
  • Lobbies, reception and waiting areas
  • Patient rooms, VIP suites and nurse stations
  • Intensive care units and recovery areas
  • Operating rooms (operating theatres), empty or during procedures with the team's consent
  • MRI, CT and X-ray suites, including control rooms
  • Laboratories, IVF and embryology units
  • Wellness, check-up and outpatient areas

How we work inside a hospital that stays open

We agree a room schedule with your facilities or communications team before the shoot, so each space is photographed when it is free or when the activity you want to show is happening. Clinical areas are entered only with the staff member who controls them, following the hygiene and access rules of each unit. Imaging suites are photographed between scans. We work as a small team with a compact kit, which keeps the footprint low in corridors and units that cannot be closed.

Our PRL training, certified PPE and insurance cover are described on our page about how we work on restricted sites.

No patient is identifiable in the images we deliver. Screens that show patient data are switched off before the shot or blurred in post production, and names, faces and wristbands are kept out of frame. Staff appear only when they have agreed to it, and procedures are photographed only with the hospital's and the team's permission. We handle any personal data from the shoot in line with the GDPR.

Working with us

Crew
Standard crew is one photographer. A second photographer, a drone pilot or a lighting assistant are added by scope and quoted per line, so you can see what each one costs and decide whether the shoot needs it.
Booking and rescheduling
A non refundable booking fee reserves the date and is credited against the final invoice. Rescheduling is free more than 72 hours before the shoot. Weather is never charged: if conditions make the work impossible we move the date at no cost. If we cancel, the booking fee is refunded in full.
Licensing
Retail and brand work includes a broad commercial licence in the fee, because those images are made to be published. Industrial and architectural work is quoted with a licence line of its own, since the same photograph can serve an internal report or a global campaign and those are not the same thing. The parameters that set it are the territory, the duration, the media, and whether third parties such as suppliers or architects may use the files.
Insurance and site access
Every assignment is covered by civil liability insurance, and the certificate is sent to your project manager or safety officer before the shoot. We work with our own PPE. Site inductions, safety briefings and access paperwork are handled before the shoot day rather than at the gate.
Delivery and retouching
Final delivery runs 5 to 10 days after the shoot, in web and print resolutions, unless the service page or the quotation states a different delivery time, which then applies. Standard colour and perspective correction is included. Object removal, compositing and other advanced retouching is quoted separately, per image.
Confidentiality
We sign your NDA. Where a project is confidential, nothing from it appears in a portfolio, a case study or a social post, and that holds after the work is delivered and paid.
