Yes. We’re based in Chamberí, Madrid, and serve the entire Madrid metropolitan area including industrial corridors like Corredor del Henares, Alcobendas, Getafe, Villaverde, and San Fernando de Henares. We also travel across Spain and Europe for larger projects, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and architectural documentation. Recent projects span Istanbul, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Sofia, and the Amalfi Coast. Yes. We work primarily in English, and can coordinate in Spanish for local briefings, site access and liaison with authorities. This is particularly important for international companies, foreign investors, and multinational corporations operating in Spain who need seamless coordination in English while we manage local permits, site access, and vendor communication in Spanish. File naming, metadata, and delivery documentation can be provided in either language or both.

We understand clean room entry protocols, gowning procedures, and contamination prevention requirements. Our equipment is prepared for controlled environments. We use protective covers and follow strict handling procedures to comply with facility hygiene standards. If your facility has specific documentation or compliance requirements (GMP, ISO, HACCP), we’ll coordinate with your quality team before the shoot to ensure full alignment.

Yes. Our lead photographer holds PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) 60 hour training, suitable for the access requirements commonly requested on active construction and industrial sites in Spain. We arrive fully equipped with our own PPE including hard hats, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vests, safety goggles, and hearing protection, so there’s no delay or additional cost on your end. We’re familiar with site induction protocols and risk assessments, and we carry all documentation required for on-site access in Spain and across Europe.

Yes. We hold rare direct access credentials for restricted airport zones and have documented retail installations, lounge fit-outs, and terminal interiors at major international airports including Istanbul Airport, Madrid-Barajas, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Sofia, Antalya, Alicante, Malaga, and Palma de Mallorca. We manage the entire access process in-house, copyright clearance with airport authorities, customs coordination, personal entry card applications, and security liaison, so your team doesn’t have to navigate the bureaucracy. This capability is one of our key differentiators, as very few commercial photographers in Europe can independently secure and manage airport photography permits at this scale.

We hold professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil) with €300,000 coverage, specifically designed for work in industrial environments, construction sites, and commercial facilities. Our policy covers equipment damage, third-party injury, and property damage during a shoot. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your project manager or safety officer before we arrive on site. This level of coverage meets the requirements of most industrial facilities, logistics operators, and construction companies in Spain.

Yes. We hold the required AESA (Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea) operator registration for commercial drone operations in Spain, and our drone team holds A1, A2 and A3 remote pilot certificates and a Radiofonista aeronautical radio licence between us. This covers aerial photography and video for construction monitoring, industrial site surveys, architectural documentation, and progress reporting. We operate enterprise-grade equipment including the DJI Matrice 350 RTK for precision survey work and the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise for versatile aerial coverage. We handle all flight planning, airspace permissions, and regulatory compliance including NOTAM filings when operating near airports, military zones, or restricted airspace. Our drone documentation service is available as a standalone package or combined with ground-level photography for complete project coverage.

Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days for edited deliverables, unless a different deadline is agreed for the project. Every project gets its own delivery date, confirmed in the quote. Priority Delivery is available as a paid add on when the timeline is compressed. For time-sensitive projects such as construction progress milestones, investor presentations, or compliance deadlines we offer priority delivery within 48 hours. Deliverables include professionally edited high-resolution images, organised by location or phase, with consistent colour grading and technical documentation metadata where required. We provide files via secure cloud link in formats ready for print, web, presentations, or regulatory submission.

Depending on the project scope, deliverables can include high-resolution edited photographs, aerial/drone imagery, 3D scanning and virtual tour documentation, BIM-compatible point clouds, time-lapse sequences for construction progress, and short-form video. All files are delivered in formats suited to your end use, whether that’s print-ready TIFF, web-optimised JPEG, BIM-compatible point clouds, Matterport virtual tours, or presentation-ready assets. We discuss deliverable specifications during the briefing stage so there are no surprises.

No. We operate on a Zero-Downtime principle. Our team is experienced in working around active production lines, warehouse operations, and logistics workflows without interrupting your daily output. We coordinate with your operations or facility manager in advance to identify the best time windows, restricted zones, and any safety protocols. Our goal is to document your facility comprehensively while remaining invisible to your workflow.

We’re fully flexible. Many industrial and logistics clients require documentation during night shifts, early morning operations, or weekend maintenance windows. We regularly schedule shoots outside standard business hours to capture your facility at its most active, or during planned downtime for unobstructed documentation. Non-standard hours are quoted transparently with no hidden surcharges.

We begin every project with a detailed site assessment, either on-site or via video call. For complex environments such as multi-level factories, active construction zones, or facilities with restricted areas, we develop a shot plan that accounts for access routes, safety zones, lighting conditions, and operational schedules. This pre-production planning ensures we capture everything needed efficiently, minimise disruption, and comply with all site-specific safety requirements.

We monitor weather forecasts 48 hours ahead of every scheduled shoot. If conditions are unsuitable for outdoor or aerial work, heavy rain, high winds, poor visibility. We’ll contact you to reschedule at no additional charge. For projects with fixed deadlines, we can often adapt by shooting interior documentation first and returning for exteriors when conditions improve. Construction progress photography and time-sensitive industrial documentation are never left to chance. We build weather contingency into our project timelines.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance for standard projects. For large-scale industrial documentation, multi-day construction coverage, or projects requiring special access permissions (such as airport zones or military-adjacent airspace), two to three weeks’ notice is ideal. That said, we understand that industrial and construction timelines shift. We maintain scheduling flexibility and can often accommodate short-notice requests when availability allows.

We offer transparent, project-based pricing with no hidden fees. Industrial and architectural photography projects are priced by full-day shoot, with half-day options available. Drone coverage, 3D scanning, and video are quoted separately based on project requirements. Every quote includes a detailed line-by-line breakdown so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We don’t charge for travel within the Madrid metropolitan area.

Yes. TKM Photo issues legally valid Spanish invoices, with a Spanish tax number on every one. Registration details are on the legal notice. Briefs, contracts and invoices are issued in English.

For business clients elsewhere in the EU, TKM Photo is listed in the Registro de Operadores Intracomunitarios, so the tax number is validated in VIES and the service is invoiced without Spanish VAT under the reverse charge. You account for the VAT in your own country and supply your VAT number before the invoice is issued. For clients outside the EU, the service falls outside the scope of Spanish VAT and the invoice carries none.

Purchase orders, supplier onboarding forms and invoicing portals are handled routinely. Send the requirements with the brief and they are completed before the shoot rather than after it.

Yes. We understand that industrial environments are rarely perfect. Our post-production includes high-end retouching to remove visual distractions, such as stray cables, temporary fencing, debris, or cracks, ensuring your facility looks pristine and professional while maintaining authenticity. Retouching is included in all our standard packages at no extra cost.

Yes. We provide end-to-end construction time-lapse solutions. We install autonomous, solar-powered cameras that monitor your site for months or years, delivering monthly progress videos. Time-lapse documentation is used by construction companies, developers, and investors for progress tracking, stakeholder reporting, and marketing content. We handle installation, maintenance, and video production. You receive ready-to-use deliverables on a regular schedule.

Yes. For projects requiring elevated perspectives without drones, such as rooftops, scaffolding, or scissor lifts. Our team holds the valid Working at Heights (Trabajos en Altura) certification. We are trained in the proper use of harnesses and lifelines, allowing us to safely capture unique angles from hard-to-reach vantage points.

Yes. With the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) now requiring companies to document their environmental practices, we offer specialised photography and video documentation for renewable energy installations, solar farms, wind turbines, green building certifications, and corporate sustainability initiatives. Our documentation is designed specifically for ESG reports, investor presentations, CSRD compliance filings, and corporate sustainability communications. We understand the visual storytelling requirements that make ESG reporting credible and compelling, from documenting energy infrastructure to capturing environmental impact metrics on-site.

Standard crew is one photographer. A second photographer, a drone pilot or a lighting assistant are added by scope and quoted per line, so you can see what each one costs and decide whether the shoot needs it.

A non refundable booking fee reserves the date and is credited against the final invoice. Rescheduling is free more than 72 hours before the shoot. Weather is never charged: if conditions make the work impossible we move the date at no cost. If we cancel, the booking fee is refunded in full.

Retail and brand work includes a broad commercial licence in the fee, because those images are made to be published. Industrial and architectural work is quoted with a licence line of its own, since the same photograph can serve an internal report or a global campaign and those are not the same thing. The parameters that set it are the territory, the duration, the media, and whether third parties such as suppliers or architects may use the files.

We sign your NDA. Where a project is confidential, nothing from it appears in a portfolio, a case study or a social post, and that holds after the work is delivered and paid.
