All services are delivered from our base in Madrid and available across Spain and Europe.

02Where are you based and where do you work?+ We are based in Madrid, Spain. Many of our clients are headquartered elsewhere: US, UK and Northern European companies with hotels, plants, stores or developments in Spain and across Europe. Briefs, contracts and coordination are handled remotely in English and we shoot on location. Completed projects span Spain, France, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Croatia, Bulgaria, Qatar, Morocco, Turkey. There are no geographic limits; if your project requires on location work anywhere in the world, we coordinate it.

03Do you work in English?+ Yes. We work primarily in English, Spanish coordination. Project communication, briefings, proposals, contracts and deliveries are handled in English, which makes TKM Photo a natural choice for international companies, foreign investors and global architectural firms operating in Spain.

04Are you certified and registered for drone operations in Spain?+ Yes. AESA operator registration. This is a registration, not a licence. The Radiofonista certificate is a licence. Our drone team holds A1, A2 and A3 remote pilot certificates between us, and every commercial flight in Spanish or European airspace goes out with the project specific permits and airspace coordination already handled. We are experienced in the permitting process for restricted and controlled zones, which means complex aerial assignments are straightforward to plan and execute legally.

05How quickly can you deliver photos after a shoot?+ For corporate events, we offer same day preview delivery, a curated, edited selection available within hours of the event, ready for social media and press use on the day. For architectural and industrial projects, final delivery follows a thorough post production process; timing is confirmed at briefing stage depending on project scope. For time sensitive launches, we offer Priority Delivery, an accelerated turnaround available as an add on for projects with compressed timelines, without compromising the standard of the final output.

06Do you offer 3D scanning, BIM documentation, or virtual tours?+ Yes. In addition to photography, TKM Photo provides 3D scanning using LiDAR technology for BIM (Building Information Modelling) documentation, as built measurement, and virtual walkthroughs. This service is used by architectural firms, construction companies, and real estate developers who need precise spatial data alongside visual content.

Companies headquartered in the US, the UK or Northern Europe hire us for projects in Spain and elsewhere in Europe: a new production facility, an architectural development, a luxury retail rollout or a hotel and luxury villa project that needs documentation. Contracts and invoicing are in English, briefing and approvals run remotely, and our working hours overlap with the UK and Northern Europe through the working day and with US East Coast mornings. You get one English speaking point of contact for shoots across Spain and Europe, so there is no need to source and manage a new local photographer in every country.
